1.      Critical examination of high value procurements proposals for good, services and works to ensure adherence to the purchase policy of the corporation and advising department of same.

2.      Streamlining procurement process, identifying root cause of deviations and eliminating root cause of the problems.

3.      Undertake periodic review of ALIMCO purchase policy and guiding to ensure compliance with the GoI guidelines.

4.      Provide guidance / support in formulation of model tenders for good, works and services, EOI etc in CVC etc guideline.

5.      Provide guidance support in formulation of project proposals/ details project repots (DPR) as per requirement of the corporation.

6.      Examine complaints/ grievances received from external agencies and guide the concerned department in resolution of the same.
