About the organization

Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI) originally proposed to be named as Central Glass & Silicate Research Institute is one of the first four laboratories decided to be set up under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, the other three being National Chemical Laboratory,Pune; National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi and Central Fuel Research Institute, Dhanbad. Even though it started functioning in a limited way in 1944, the Institute was formally inaugurated on August 26, 1950.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

 

For Students who have already enrolled in the

National Web Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and having log in details

For Students who have not so far enrolled in the

National Web Portal https://nats.education.gov.in

Step- 1:

a.       Log in 

b.       Click Establishment Request Menu

c.       Click Find Establishment

d.       Upload Resume

e.       Choose Establishment name

f.        Type “CSIR-CGCRI” and search

g.       Click apply

h.       Click apply again

 

Step-1:

a.       Go to https://nats.education.gov.in  

b.       Click Student

c.       Click Student Registrar

d.       Complete the Application Form

e.       A unique enrolment number will be generated

f.        After completing the enrolment  Step-2:

a.       Log in 

b.       Search  “CSIR-CGCRI” under Apply against Advertised Vacancies

c.       Click    Apply   (You     have             successfully

applied for the vacancy)

 

Please Note: Percentage of marks in the Graduate and Non Engineering Graduate Examination is mandatory. Hence, candidates are advised to compulsorily enter percentage of marks in the Column “Percentage of Marks CGPAX10” in the NATS Portal. If percentage of marks is not furnished, candidature will not be considered.
