About the organization

The promulgation of Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948(ESI Act), by the Parliament was the first major legislation on social Security for workers in independent India. It was a time when the industry was still in a nascent stage and the country was heavily dependent on an assortment of imported goods from the developed or fast developing countries. Minimum Qualification

PG Degree or PG Diploma holders in concerned specialty and registered with Medical Council. In the absence of PG qualified doctors, MBBS gradates who posses at least 2 years working experience out of which 1 year of experience in the  concerned specialty from government hospital/private hospital (not a private clinic) will be considered for selection. However, preference will be given to PG qualified candidates.

Age

As on date of interview: - Not exceeding 45 years, (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per rules).

Consolidated Remuneration

Rs. 121454/- fixed per month for candidate having PG/Diploma. In addition to the pay, he will be entailed for transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rule. An amount of Rs. 1350/- will be deducted for S.R.s posses only Diploma and Rs.2250/- will be deducted if the S.R.s does not possess Diploma/Degree.

Tenure of contract

One year on contract or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

Duty

Timing of working hours- He/ She will be allotted rotational duty and required for round the clock availability or as ordered by the Medical

Superintend. To work as per norms of residency.
